All Stars pool heating?

Hi All,
Does anybody know if and when the pools at Disney All star movies are heated please?

We went to ASMo last October around Halloween - the air temperatures weren't that warm after we had Hurricane Wilma - the pools were too cold for me. We also spent a time at POP the October before, which was warmer and I found the larger pool too cold then (and Royal Pacific pool at Universal was freezing, but then that has a huge pool) - generally the smaller the pool, the warmer they will be IMO.

We were chatting to the Barman at POFQ and he told us that all WDW pools are heated in the winter. Exactly what constitutes winter I don't know but if you are going Feb / March time (which I think I saw on another thread) then I'm sure they will be heated.

The funny thing is, that I'm sure the pools have been heated in August before but it definitely wasn't at POFQ and we were assured that WDW have never heated pools in the summer. I have a clear recollection of pleasantly warm water (slightly higher than outside temp) at AKL, BWV, SSR and CBR last August but maybe I'm wrong

We were at ASM Xmas thru New year 2000. The large pool was like getting into a bath, steam was rising from it. Worst bit was getting out of it with frost on the ground. BRRRRRRRRRR.
