So helpful and excellent!! I called 2 days before we left because my son lost his stuffed Mickey. It had to have been down in the sheets and when they changed them got bundled up in there somehow.

Anywho I called again when I got home - 3 days after we left just to check the status because they told me when I was there if it is in the laundry sometimes it can take a week to get back. They were so helpful and said that there was one found and that they would send it out. Well the lady called again today to and said is it "sons name" I said yes and she said did it have "his initial" written on the tag, I said yes and she said we have it and it will be sent out today.

There were no problems and they were very helpful!!!

My daughter left her visor at Chef Mickey's and didn't realize it until we were at Epcot. This was her prized Oklahoma State visor (her daddy went to school there and she plans on going there too) We stopped at the ASMu desk when we got back and they said they would try to locate it. When we got back to our room there was a message from Chef Mickey's that they had found her visor and were sending it over to ASMu. We had it the next day. It took me a while to figure out how they knew who it belonged to. The only thing I could come up with is that I used my room key/charge card to pay for the meal. So, I agree with you on the lost and found being great.
