All Star Survivor SPOILERS & Rumors Thread

OK, here's the place to discuss spoilers for upcoming shows of Survivor: All Star and rumors that may be flying around throuhout the season. The Official Thread will remain free of such things, but for those of us who enjoy spoiling, here's a spot to "vent"!

I'm putting space between here and a bit of early spoiling, so,

There is never any true consensus of spoiler boards, but it seems many people are predicting that Saboga wins the first trip to Tribal Council, and that Tina is the first to get the boot.

Also, there is supposedly TWO merges, one from three to two tribes, and a second from two to one.

I will pass along any info that I get because my SIL knows one of the survivors. Obviously, I need to keep who it is quiet until the end in case I get some juicy info so that person will not get in trouble. This survivor hopes that they never have to hear the sound of the ocean ever again. Originally they thought they might like to get a vacation place in Costa Rica when retirement rolled around, but not now. Also, this survivor walked away from their season with 15 friends. After All-Stars, they walked away with one. It is supposedly very, very competitive this time around - moreso than other season.

I cannot wait for this new season to start! I love this show, and never miss an episode if I can help it.

I don't have any spoilers to add, just want to say that I hope you are right, Tina is one of my least favorite survivors!

A friend of mine is the writer for another CBS show and he hears that this season is very boring that most of the survivors could careless and are not competive with one another. I hope he is wrong!!!!

Also did you see Jeff on Regis and Kelly. He says good ol Richard Hatch gets naked the first show! YUK!! He says it is what he is know for so he does it a lot this seasons.

Oh no, I hope it's not boring! I really enjoyed this last season, and I would be disappointed if it is not as good as this one.

I missed Jeff on R&K! Darnit. Oh how I hope Richard goes quickly because I just don't like him - clothed or not!

I heard Sandra won the last Survivor right after the first show. This info didn't bother me at all because you keep trying to guess if the information is really correct. Some of it is and some isn't.

Tina being the first to go is OK with me..........she shouldn't have won anyway....Colby gave it to her!! However, my guess would have been the Red team as the weakest.

I can't wait until Sunday.........keep those spoilers coming.

I heard a spoiler on the local radio station last week about the final two.....this is what they said (I take it with several grains of salt, although the guy who predicted it was correct in guessing Jenna and Matthew in season 6)

I don't have any spoilers but am very excited about the All Stars. I have to work Sunday night so I have the Tivo set to tape the Super Bowl, the All Stars and the news after just incase the times are not right. My only hope is that the winner of All Stars is not a previous winner. Spread the wealth people.

I heard that Jenna and Matthew were tagged because of the amount of betting done by CBS employee's once the show started. (as some of them could find out who the last two were) There was supposed to be truth to this, and they tried to stop it for the next Survivor. This is why Sandra was thought to have won. There was a great amount of last minute betting on her to win again.

We'll see..........

Thanks for starting this thread! I won our last Survivor pool at work because of spoilers.... that, and the fact that my coworkers decided that instead of selecting our Survivor out of a hat, we'd watch an episode and then pick. I'm just surprised that no one else did their homework like I did.

I can't wait for Sunday!

Alice28, I hope and pray you're wrong!! Those are two of the WORST ever! I want the winner to be someone who deserves it, like Rupert or Rudy or Kathy or even Susan.

I agree with whoever said the Red team looks the weakest. But sometimes the weakest team is the luckiest.

This is also what I heard. The guy who predicted it is writing a book.

Here's a spoiler I found on a message board I visit.

<b><i>Lighting the Torch: I have seen the first 15 minutes of the first episode of Survivor: All-Stars, and I gotta tell ya, tubers, it's so good it makes me want to infiltrate CBS and sneak out copies of all the episodes.

Instead, I infiltrated a certain industry type, using the reliable "stiff martini" technique, and said industry type had startling revelations about the new twists of All-Stars.

SPOILER ALERT! (Skip the next paragraph if you don't want to know!) According to this insider, for at least the first few episodes, two Survivors are voted out of the losing tribe at each tribal council. That particular tidbit explains why they're starting with 18 castaways--two more than usual. Furthermore, other Survivors make surprise appearances later on in the show, shocking the whittled-down competition, à la the hunks in Average Joe. I also hear that Richard Hatch does something shocking, which could get him disqualified. And let me tell you, it's a kick in the underpants.

And after an interview session with Jeff Probst and Mark Burnett, Jeff dropped this lovely little bomb: "This season we have the first bona fide romance. It's the first real romance--not a hookup, not sex--romance, which is way better. It can be a big impact on the game, especially if it becomes public knowledge within the camps."

And ladies, you're going to eat up this little tidbit about my former (imaginary) boyfriend, Ethan. Probst says, "Ethan has had a lot of women surrounding him since the show, in one way or another, and it was kind of the running joke. Rob Mariano said in the beginning he was outing every relationship he knew of if it helped him in the game. And early on, he's going, 'So Ethan, you've got one [fling] over here and over here and over here.' "</i></b>

was just wondering if anyone knows how they deal with the death of jennas mom on the show...being from pittsburgh if i listen to rumors then i'm rootin for amber, but in reality i would want colby or rubert to actually win...cant wait till sunday!

We can't wait for the SuperBowl to be over. It will be good to revisit our "friends" esp. the favorites. I hope there will be a lot of twists etc. by now they have all learned how to play the game.
