All Star Sports with an ECV ?

We are staying next week, 7th through the 12th, at the All Star Sports.
I've never stayed there before ,and will be using an ECV this trip.
Looking at Surf's Up for our rooms, either bldg #1 or bldg # 6?
However, would like any reccomendations on any buildings, that might be better. I have a 6 yr old grandson, that will be with us, for his first trip,and wanted close to a pool, if possible..

We've stayed at all of the All-Stars with an ECV. It is great there. Do you have a preferred room booked or a standard room?

If preferred, then Surfs Up is great.

If standard, then we like Touchdown as it is in between both pools.

Just came back from WDW and stayed at All star Sports for 2 days and the experience was pretty good. Room size is small compared to other luxury resorts The Food court has lots of choices for kids and adults and is open till 11:30. lots of kids in the pool all the time.
Staff is great and helpful, our bell-boy even remembered our names and which resort we had come from. We had a standard room so no microwave, fridge or toaster in the room however these things are available in the food court (so did not miss them)
