If you are staying at one All Stars Resort, can you pool hop from one All Stars to another? Also if you buy the refillable mug, can you use it at any of the All Star Resorts, or just the one where you are staying?

Yes, you can pool hop. No the mugs are specific to each section of the All Stars.
