All Star Music Refurbs

Sorry to make a whole new post but I can't find a straight answer anywhere.

I'm about to book ASMusic but I don't want to book it and find out they're not refurbished. We stayed at ASMovies and we loved the room.

We'll be there the last week in October. I appreciate y'all's help.

I don’t think anyone knows for sure. I have heard people say that CM on the phone have said that rooms are finished then some say they are not but will be when reopened. They changed the thumbnail of the pictures on the website but if you click on it after the first one, it shows the old style. It still gives the old description of the old rooms for the suites. I had booked a 5th sleeper at Caribbean Beach but changed to Music suites for more room. We are 3 adults and 2 kids. No adults want to sleep on any pull outs but we are taking the chance. I so hope they are all renovated by end of October when we arrive but I will be nervous until I know for sure.

I can't IMAGINE that Disney will open Music without all rooms being refurbed!

Same thing for Sports in December.

There is no information about refurb on Music. I would call Disney and asked if Music is refurbished, not finished. Finish may mean they are/will be open.
I would keep checking to see if Movies is available for your dates.

The new Music suites have 3 queen sized beds. One in the closed bedroom and 2 in the main room one of which is a Murphy bed. It becomes a sofa when closed.

Yes! 2 queens in the living room. 1 pulls down over the table like at Pop and the other is a pull down over the couch like at Riviera. And then the Queen in the bedroom.

These suites seem like a pretty nice deal. 3 queen beds, two of which fold up during the day for more room/so you have a sofa and dining table, two full bathrooms, and a full size refrigerator. I could really see my family renting these for runDisney weekends for the extra fridge space and bonus shower without a significantly higher cost.
