All star Music family couch mattress

Stayed here last night before two rooms at AKL with my parents. Pull out couch mattress and spring wss worn out. Wife and I tried to sleep for an hour. It is like sleeping on concrete. We are not big if that somehow mattered. Went to the front desk. They asked if we wanted another resort. Kids are asleep and it was 11:20 so no. After about 50 minutes we got an extra mattress that I requested. I was up half the night with a sore back from the mattress. Slept maybe 3.5 hours. Should I complain again or move on?

In my opinion, Move On. Why ruin your vacation further.
They did what you asked. They offered to move you and you said no.
Value room couch mattresses are not Heavenly Beds.
