Of course these things are caveated all over the place that reopenings could change, but Disney has updated their resort information page to reflect All-Star Movies reopening 2/9/2021 (a new winter/spring discount offer came out today as well). I will let out a small cheer every time another resort reopens - so this is great to see. Also good to see a non-Skyliner Value resort added into the mix.

General public discount offer that came out today:

Great news. They must if had sufficient bookings to warrant the reopening. Wonder how far behind the other All stars will be?

I’m going to guess the other All Stars are still a ways off, but it’s great to see 1 of them opening. Just great to see anything added to the reopening list at this point, it’s the first addition to that list we’ve seen since the list came out! Also means some CMs should be getting called back from furlough I would hope.

I don’t think this signals the opening of the floodgates of all the remaining closed resorts getting opening dates, but it’s great to see at least one getting one.

I wonder if they'll keep the other All-Stars closed to finish the refurbishments.
Oh yes! Forgot about that! I wonder if they will bother opening them at all in 2021 then? If they do open them without finishing the music refurb I won't be happy.

Yep and I’ve already booked for April with a 35% room discount. It’s not POP which is our home resort but it’s back home and that’s all that matters. 🥳🥳

Great news! Just moved my tentative May and August holdings from Pop and Contemporary to ASM. Hoping that things will be good enough to be able to go on one of those!

I got an email last night that All Star Movies won’t be open for our trip next March. Has anyone else heard this yet? The email states that someone will be contacting us 4 weeks before our trip to make new arrangements. Is it better to wait, or should I go ahead an call Disney myself? We are a group with 3 rooms. I’m assuming wherever we end up, I won’t have to pay more.

Yeah, earlier this week Disney pushed back the reopening date to 3/22. You should be ‘price protected’ no matter where they move you.

I got the email as well, Just gonna hold out and see where they put me this time. I was upgraded a couple months ago which was great, not gonna get my hopes up this go around and will go with the flow, where ever they put me I'm sure will be great because I'll be back home!

So has anyone heard any recent news on all star movies? I have a reservation 3/27-4/1. Are they still opening on the 22nd?
