I have 630 points available for rent. If you are interested, please review the following and email me directly at the address below:

Points are available at $10 per point firm
Points can be used any time after June 1, 2006
Points are based at Old Key West (OKW)

Reservations at OKW could be made for any time between 6/1/06 and 11 months from booking.

Reservations could be made at any other DVC resort for any time between 6/1/06 and 7 months from booking.

Transfers to existing owners are possible although a more limited number of points are available for transfer. Email me for details.

I will give first priority to requests that are able to utilize larger amounts of points. Please don't take this wrong, I would just prefer to do larger blocks than have to process 12+, 50 point rentals. This is the perfect opportunity for a family considering a longer stay in either a 2 bedroom or Grand Villa. Rather than trying to build your reservation from several different owners, I can offer you a single purchase point for your entire stay.

My wife and I have been owners since 1994 and can offer great insight into your DVC stay. We utilize a contract that assures significant protection and peace-of-mind for both renter and owner. If you have a larger group/family gathering and are interested in a week or more in either a 2 bedroom or Grand Villa, this is a perfect opportunity to complete your reservation from a single owner. I would like to stay over Christmas. Arriving either Dec. 21 or 23 and staying for 6 to seven nights. There are four of us. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I know there are many who can pay you cash. My husband and I are recovering from a bad couple of years. Would you take payments? I can pay you anywhere from 300 to 500 per month until paid. I really want to take my children. My son has never been. Thank you for your consideration.

I am looking to rent points for BWV for the dates arriving 10/1/06 and leaving 10/6/06. It will be for a party of 6 (me, my 4 sons ages 12, 18, 23, 28 and daughter 26 turning 27 on 10/2). We stayed at BWV in 1997 in 3 1-bedroom suites (12 of us that trip). Any room tips you could give would be appreciated; i.e. 2 studios, a 1-bedroom & 1 studio or a 2-bedroom villa. Thanks!

My standard terms are the following: I make your reservation and send you the original confirmation and a rental contract. Upon your receipt of the confirmation I require 50% payment and return of the signed contract. Additionally, I require the final 50% payment to be received by 60 in advance of the start of the stay. I'm sorry if that sounds inflexible but I have been burned by accomodating other terms in the past and believe this to be a very reasonable accomodation on both the part of owner and renter.
