Reservations: As much as 11 month in advance at Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa...As much as 7 months in advance at all other DVC resorts (Beach Club, BoardWalk, Old Key West, Wilderness Lodge, Hilton Head and Vero Beach)

Terms: 25% due upon receipt of Disney confirmation and contract
75% due 60 days prior to travel

For those not familiar with DVC, member services is only opened Monday through Friday to check on availability. You can tour the rooms and the resorts by going to www.disney.com. Go to "Walt Disney World," when you click on "resorts," you will see "Disney Vacation Club Resorts," you can click on the resort and it will have an icon called "virtual tour."
