All Park Reservations Canceled?

So I just arrived to my hotel for a week long business trip and started going through my email and boy was I surprised to find 20 emails canceling all my park reservations for our trip in March...I did not do this. Nobody in my party even knows we have park reservations so they did not do it either. Any idea what happened? I am assuming I can make them again but what in the world??
 
Was there any email that notified you of a new sign-in from another browser/location? You can try using chat to see if they can look at the logs and see if the cancelations came from the app or a browser and also look at the IP addresses.
 
I'm a TA an in our FB group I literally see daily posts about client's reservations being cancelled out of nowhere (and without anyone touching them). It seems to just be system glitches. I'm guessing for March you shouldn't have an issue making those reservations again, but if it ever does happen and park passes are gone, you can call Disney and they should be able to fix it for you.

We got back from WDW less than a week ago. Partway during our stay, we got about 30 emails saying our park reservations for the rest of our trip were cancelled - 1 email for each person for each park reservation. My Disney Experience was just spinning and wouldn’t load, so we were not able to check ourselves.
My DH called to find out what went wrong and how to fix it. The CM said she could still see our park reservations and that it was just ‘spam’ the system sent out. She was kind of dismissive sounding - like she had handled one too many phone calls with the same issue that morning.

My DH went to the front desk and Concierge was able to show him the reservations were still all there. She said the same thing happens after every IT system or My Disney Experience update
 

I would recommend looking at My Disney Experience using the website instead of the app. Can you still see your reservations there?
 
Check in your plans to see if they are still there. I had the same thing happen last week but our reservations are still listed in my plans.

One of the worlds biggest corporations has possibly a high school level IT service, never a penny wasted Bob Paycheck!

Could you imagine what travel would be like if airlines operated like this? The power company? It’s entry level 2022 to get this right.

Yes. Disney IT leave a lot to be desired. If you look at their career site they constantly have dozens of IT jobs listed. I’m guessing it is due to the relatively low salaries. Their web site has has been not very good since its inception.
 
Almost weekly on here you can see threads about Disney IT issues. No idea how such a large company can have such a terrible IT department. Where I work, the IT department would have been fired long ago if our website worked as poorly as Disney's.

Except their horrific IT predates Bob by a decade or so. So this one you can't pin on him.
Maybe you can say he should have done something do fix it

It’s entry level 2010 to get this right.

The crap IT started under Iger. Cheapek just continued the tradition and compounded the problem by making IT ever more integral to the park experience 🙄
