All of my fast passes disappeared

All of mine have disappeared as well. Still showing dinning and my hotel booking. Not going till next month but trying not to panic.

Well, it came with a huge price. We were at WDW during Irma last year and we decided to extend our trip by one day since we missed 2 park days. That was a huge mistake. When they did a "Check out / Check in" we lost all of our remaining dining credits. They could not get them back but gave us a print out to use on our normal last day plus our extended day. No one would take the print out at any TS, QS or snacks. We had a ton left since we didn't use them for 2 days since all the food at the Contemporary was half price during the storm days. The only place that tried to honor our dining plan was pesco bill. Other than that we spent a ton of cash on food for 2 days plus the one more night at rack rate. This is what they offered us. They are good for 7DMT but not good for FOP or any Toy Story rides. That's why we're booking the extra FP+ on our AK and HS days.

Wow, yeah I would agree, FP’s would not make me happy if they screwed up and lost my dining credits and then I was out that money. You are way more forgiving than I would have been!! I know the weather is out of their control, but you actually paid for those meals and they did not honor that.

It was an honest mistake. I don’t think they realized that would happen. The manager did take us to Contempo cafe and I loaded up on Mickey rice crispy treats but we ended up throwing most away a few days later. You can only eat so many lol.

But they could easily have just credited you for the day’s credits that no one would accept. I’d rather have the $50+ per person than Mickey treats and future FP’s. But then we live on the other coast and wouldn’t be coming back right away so they would be useless to us.

I’m sure everything will be fine in the morning. I will be VERY upset though if my FoP and NRJ FastPasses are gone (coupled with the fact that I got up at 5 in the morning to make them!).

FWIW, I can still see my FP’s if I swipe my reservations box in the app. It brings up the whole itinerary in one place, not just FP’s but mine are all there.

Thank you. I tried that and my fast passes are still gone. Hopefully by morning this will be over with.
