All new pins

Ok, i have a question for you. Those who collect the pin, and especially the new ones coming out, please explain soemthing to me. How come they are such a hot hit, even in the VMK stores? Should I suck up my selfishness of wanting to save my credits to buy these? I guess, the hidden question in my question is... are they going to be worth a lot to people one day that it may be worth it to buy some/win some now? I am still new to this whole experience, so I am learning as I go alone thanks for your help.

Good question! I personally love to collect ALL the pins in VMK. Just a regular old pin collector so I do in fact waste a good amount of my hard earned credits buying pins. And since there are a lot of people in VMK just like me they might not have certain pins so i buy an extra to trade with someone! Some are lame or boring but the pin collector in me says to purchase it.

That is a very good question. No right or wrong answer of course, but more a matter of your own preference. I also love pins in rl so I think its fun to see what they come up with in the game. The majority of the time I don't buy things as an investment. I usually just buy what I happen to enjoy, and then I buy one or two extra for trading or gifting later. Its so hard to speculate what might have trade value as we never know when they might surprise us and re-release an item or pin. My opinion is that the regular pins aren't quite as much sought after as certain magic and furniture items that you can actually do something with. As mentioned before though there are a few of us pin collectors/traders around so if you enjoy pin trading I would say jump on the band wagon! If you do a little research you will see that vmk actually had a pin trading event twice. I really enjoyed it a lot for the pin trading aspect, other players were more into designing a pin trading room that was judged by staff for a best guest room prize.
For me the bottom line is getting things I enjoy and if I get an extra and happen to be able to trade it for a good value later thats fun too. Hope you're enjoying the game a lot!

Thanks for the advice/info My VMK name is ashjoe, or princess-AJ. I have a few rooms i'm working on, no on specific at the moment. they all have a color word in it as they are color coded. my favorite is my RED room. I have a Blue, Black, Green, and Purple. Until I can think of something more enteraining, this is keeping me occupied feel free to stop by anytime im online and in my room.
