Is it in or near the Oasis?

Seems like it was near the front when we went in September, but don't quote me on that.

I just remember my 11YO saying, "Mom, Kangaroos in that one." "Where are there kangaroos? I've never seen them here before." "Right over there."

I can remember having this conversation with my son in September, but I can't clearly recall WHERE we were...I'm thinking the Oasis....

...old age and memory cells dying off rapidly!!!

There's a trail in front of the Tree of Life where you'll find the kangaroos as well as otters, a ring-tailed lemur, etc. Yuo can usually find a Photopass photographer at the beginnig of the trail taking pictures.

Wow, I didn't think a simple pic of a kangaroo would cause such fuss here on the POTD thread. Dcanoli and DizzDoll are correct about the location. I found him or her in the walking trails around the Tree of Life!! He was pretty neat to watch!!

And Deb, he really is grey. Not sure why he has that purple tinge to him. Must be the light of day effecting the shot.
