2017. I check online every year and this booth still hasn’t returned.

...neither has the Poland kiosk...I sure miss those pierogies!

No clue what this is! We were eating brunch at Woody's Lunch Box when he walked by !

It is close to what cindiella said -- This person is walking the park to map it. I've stumbled on these maps before and often wondered what the person mapping looks like. Now I know! They are not unobtrusive!
