It is actually for The Crystal Palace Character Breakfast with Winnie the Pooh and Friends. It was also during the Thanksgiving Holiday, so I imagine they were put out for that. I don't know if they are there every year or not as I've only done the character breakfast that one time.

What/where is this?

I took this on the Backlot Tour during the Tram portion. It's the costuming department. Went backstage there during the Backstage Tour, now THAT was cool. I got to see the fabric cutting machines in action.
