All New Picture of the Day Thread - Jan 21, 2009

This must be the new parade...is it any good or a little too colorful???

It wasn't as good I was expecting it to be. They got rid of a lot of the characters. Except for Pooh, all the Winnie The Pooh characters are gone. They also got rid of the Tweedles, Foulfellow, Gideon, the brooms, all the Dwarfs (except Dopey), Hook, Smee, Suzy, Perla, Flora, Fauna, and Merryweather. Also missing was the group of characters that included Stitch, Baloo, Friar Tuck, Brer Bear, Brer Fox, Rafiki, Meeko, and Robin Hood. All the floats were pretty much the same. The Mickey float was changed and they added some balloons and clouds to the castle float. There are also no more characters on the ground. They're all on floats.

Thanks. I went over to Magic Kingdom yesterday just to see the parade.

thanks! the CM working there said they do that to show that it's THEIR bowl! so funny!

i like your daughter's picture, too. the gorillas are my favorite at AK. i could sit there all day long and watch them. they're amazing!
