Beanie - will I do in a pinch?
No Erica today. Bianca was summoned to Lauras and arrived as she was trying on bridal veils. Apparently shes gone from collecting nighties to bridal veils.
Laura was being condescending to Bianca and Bianca called her on it. Laura asked her to be her maid of honor. (Nice transition.) Bianca was stunned. I kind of zoned out on this scene but they ended up getting into a big fight. Again.
Frankie tried to buy drugs from Mateo at SOS. He blew up at her and grabbed her wrist. Simone intervened and they all took it outside. Mateo accused Frankie of working for Proteus and dropping off the package at his house the night before. Simone convinces Frankie to leave and Mateo that Frankie is not involved with Proteus. She says shes just a kid wanting to get high. Simone and Mateo go back into SOS and Simone is gushing that Mateo is the best boss ever. Then we hear Hayleys voice, Hes a pretty good husband too. Shes sitting at the bar. Shes there to do the books. Mateo tells her to go be with the baby - didnt she tell him she wanted to be a good mother? (That was mean!) Its obvious hes pushing her away and she once again tries to get him to tell her whats bothering him. Simone comes out of the back with the books and says she fixed the problem with them and that someone had just made a bonehead addition error. Hayley did
not look amused as she is the one who has been doing the books lately.
As I said in my earlier post Brooke and Edmund were smooching in her office. Leo knocks on the door. Brooke tells him to come in. Edmund offers to leave to give them some privacy but Leo asked him to stay. He tells them about Greenlee breaking into their apartment and that hes going to get a restraining order on her. He's also hiring security to work at the wedding to keep Greenlee away. Brooke leaves to go check on Laura. Leo asks Edmund why he doesnt like Laura. Edmund asks what he means. Leo said he could tell by the way he looked when he was talking about Laura and Greenlee that he thought Leo was overreacting. Edmund says he thinks he is and that he has seen Laura acting strangely of late. Brooke approaches Lauras apartment and hears her yelling at someone. (We presume Bianca.) She was being very hateful and telling whoever to get out of her apartment. Brooke walks in to find Laura alone in her living room.
Mia and Ryan are in bed waiting for Chinese food to be delivered. Ryan says he should have time to take a shower. There is a knock at the door and Mia pulls the sheets and beadspread around her to answer the door. Liza is standing there and she doesnt have their Chinese food.
Liza accuses Mia of trying to steal her life. Ryan comes out of the bathroom in a towel and has to keep them from scratching each others eyes out.
Adam and Barry were in Adams office at home. Barry is doing some kind of background check on Ryan but hasnt found anything yet. (Didnt he have a different last name on the birth certificate Snoopy Mia found?) Barry lets it slip that Liza and Ryan are working on a memorial playground in Gillians honor. Adam blows up. Barry didnt realize he didnt know. Adam breaks some crystal. Liza comes home to find the broken crystal on the floor and asked what happened. Barry excuses himself and Adam tells Liza it was just a bad business deal. Liza asks where Colby is. She's in the orchard with Winifred. Lisa says she is going to go join them. Adam asked if they should build a playground for Colby and Lorenzo. Liza realizes he found out about the memorial playground and they get into a fight. She tells him about Mia and Ryan sleeping together. Adam says isnt that what you wanted for Ryan to get on with his life? She says Mia is trying to steal her life. Adams says thats funny, I thought
I was your life.

EDIT: Oh, yeah. Leo was dropping off Laura's column while he was at Brooke's office and when he left Edmund opened the envelope and read the title aloud - When Jealousy Leads to Madness. Then he says, "What the hell?" Laura had asked Leo not to look at it because it needed editing so he didn't see it. The next scene was Brooke finding Laura yelling at her empty living room. Isn't it time to call Oak Haven yet?!
