I saw this posted on another board:

The lastest edition of Soap Opera Weekly (June 25) has an article about which "hunks" are leaving AMC and who the new "hunks" are. In regards to Josh Duhamel, it states:

"And while his contract isn't up until this fall, Josh Duhamel (Leo) is telling friends he's definitely leaving (despite denials from the show and even the actor himself at the Emmy's)."

Still not definitive but it doesn't sound good.

Kendall & Ryan - the gagfest continues. Blech! I thought Kendall would hyperventilate with all that huffing and puffing.

Please don't let Wolfie be Leo's father!!! As soon as I heard he was also the Count's chauffeur I thought - uh oh - we all know Vanessa's penchant for chauffeurs. I really want the Count to be his dad! It was so sweet when the Count kissed Leo on the cheeks. AWWW!

How funny was it when Greenlee was thumping Wolfie on the chest trying to antagonize him?! LOL!

Is anyone as UNintrigued with the Maureen S Gorman mystery as I am?

I personally liked the preview line where Greens tells Erica that she's Gonna knock her on her butt so hard that it will knock the white off her teeth! (Maybe that's what happened to this guy!)

Re: Chris & Erica's reunion

Chris found Erica in the cemetery talking to Mona. He asked her to fight for a second chance for them. Once Erica heard the whole story about the letter she was putty in his hands. hehe. Luckily for her it appears that Chris has a very forgiving nature.

so what was the story about the letter? Gheez I hate working for a living! I miss my show half the time!

Okay. How far back in the story line do I have to go?!

Erica opened an envelope addressed to Chris from the FBI. It contained a letter from Ryan's mother. It was to be sent to him upon her death. It explained that she always loved him and that Ryan was his son. She stayed with that loser of a husband of hers because he threatened her life and the kids if she left. I still don't understand why she didn't try to contact Chris with the truth when her scumbag husband died.

Erica just read the beginning of the letter (of course!) and got the impression it was from a current lover. When Chris was reading the letter she was screeching at him about cheating on her and he was so stunned with the contents of the letter that he walked out of the office totally ignoring her. That ticked her off even more!

Chris took the letter to Ryan and explained that all they had thought about Ryan's mom all these years was a lie.

Then a few days later Erica and Chris made up in the cemetery. Romantic, huh?! LOL!

Thanks Aprille! I saw the one where Erica read the letter and Chris went to see Ryan, but I didn't see the follow-up episode. So today when they were in bed together I thought Wah?! What did I miss?

Thanks for the UPDATE Aprille! I haven't seen the show since, oh, um, Last Tuesday?! I MIGHT be able to tape it tomorrow, as I am off but have a Doc. appointment at 1:15! Oh, and I leave for WDW in, umm.......2 days!

All catty woman, all the time - today on All My Children. LOL! How great was today’s show? And not a man in sight.

Loved Brooke and Erica sparring again. Made me nostalgic for the good ol’ days.

Brooke running into Erica at the bridal show: “Oh. Shopping for round 10?”
Erica: “Enchantment is one of the sponsors of the fair. White wedding gowns are a bit jeune fille for the mature bride, don’t you think?
Brooke: “Well, you’re the expert.”
Erica: “Think pastel suit, Brooke.”

Enjoyed the Liza/Anna scenes too.

Liza: “Your husband has no scruples”
Anna: “Oh. You know. That’s rich, Mrs Chandler, coming from you.”

Greenlee was zinging everyone. LOL!

Greenlee to Bianca showing her the bridesmaid dress: “Isn’t it delicious? I chose a dress that would go with every complexion. Even yours.”

Greenlee to Maggie: “You’re one of the few sane relatives Leo has.”

Greenlee cinching the deal with Maggie and Bianca to be her bridesmaids: “Oh. Come on. We don’t have to be best buddies. We just have to get through one day. Oh and one more thing. No hand-holding, no dancing, no kissing. Leave that to the bride and groom.”

Greenlee to Kendall: “What sorry sucker did you con into proposing?”

Greenlee zinged Erica a couple of times too but Erica gave as good as she got. (Of course! ) And Bianca is a chip of the old block. She holds her own with Kendall.

Bianca: “Are you going to promise to love, honor and cherish til prison do you part?”

The Mary/Vanessa scenes deserve their own post. I’d have to type out the whole scene to do it justice. I don’t think Mary knew what she was stepping in trying to enlist Vanessa in her plans to foil Greenlee and Leo’s wedding. LOL!

Tomorrow looks like it will be just as good if not better with Kendall stepping on the back of Greenlee’s dress and ripping out the back.

Anyone catch the announcer after the previews? “It’s the battle of the brides as Kendall and Greenlee duke it out – tomorrow on All My Children.”

And I enjoyed your thoughts, Tina!

I also loved yesterday's show! At one point, I turned to DH and commented "I can't believe that they did not nominate Greenlee for a Daytime Emmy - she is perfect in every scene!" She was so great with Erica, then with Bianca and Maggie, then with Kendall! They give her the greatest lines, and she always delivers them perfectly! I also thought that it was fun to see the old Brooke / Erica rivalry back, again! It was almost weird seeing them be nice to eachother when Erica was helping Brooke when Laura was sick (but it was kinda heartwarming, too!) And Anna had some great lines yesterday, too - I really enjoy her weary cynicism! At least it gives her something to do, aside from fighting with David and questioning their marriage, every 5 seconds. I think it's pretty clear now that they are going to put Adam and Mia together. Poor Jake! He keeps losing the women he loves - Gillian, Greenlee, Mia.......and before them, there was psycho Ally. I also always thought that Olivia Bierklund looked way too young to be playing Hayley's mother. Where is she, anyway? Was she only supposed to be on the show for a few episodes? I enjoyed the bridal fair theme, yesterday - it seems like almost the entire cast is about to get married - Brooke, Erica (even though she doesn't know it, yet!), Kendall, Greenlee, now Marian wants to renew her vows......I wonder if any of these wedding will actually HAPPEN! At least Mary realized that she was dealing with a dangerous loon and hopefully won't help Vanessa try to ruin Leo and Greenlee's wedding! I can't wait to see what happens when Greenelee finds out about Simone and Roger.....and finds out that Leo had known about them and didn't tell her! And I can't wait to see Edmund's and Mateo's reactions when they see "Maureen" for the first time!

Oh My God - I can't believe that no one has posted about that hillarious cat fight between Kendall and Greenlee at the Bridal Fair, on yesterday's episode! That was really something else - we knew that it was going to have to happen some time! I especially liked when Kendall asked Greenlee if she was still obsessed with Ryan, since Greenlee never acknowledges that that was part of her past and that she was ever with Ryan.

The whole thing with the way that Adam is treating Liza is creepy. And all of a sudden now Colby is sort of hinting for Mia and Adam to be together? I just find that whole story line to be really disturbing.

I actually sort of felt sorry for Simone, yesterday - though how stupid can she be not to know that Roger was using her? I guess she's just not very bright - to think that she could have really had something with Mateo, and then to think that Roger really cared for her - out of the frying pan, into the fire. Maybe SHE and Jake should get together, since neither of them seems to have much luck with the girlfriends / boyfriends whom they pick!

Wasn't the Battle of the Brides great?! Today was Round 2 and I thought it was even funnier than yesterday with the guys playing referee. LOL! I thought it was hilarious how the guys kept exchanging pleasantries while holding back the girls - Leo shaking hands with Ryan and congratulating him on his engagement; Ryan asking him to be best man; as it was breaking up they were saying "good to see you", "give me a call"and shaking hands again - all the while the girls are trying to scratch each other eyes out - I was cracking up!!

How about when Leo suggested a double wedding?! LOL! Greenlee said, "I'd rather be nibbled to death by tiny animals." bahahaha!

Lisa - you know ITA with you on the David and Anna bickering crap. I am sooooo tired of it. UGH, UGH, UGH!! Today David gets a call that takes him out of town. I just know it has something to do with Ditsie. ARRRGGGHHHH!! Will she ever be gone?!?!? Blech!

I also agree with the creepiness factor on the Adam and Liza storyline. EWWW! And how come Liza totally freaks after the flickering light incident but has a migraine and doesn't have any concern about it being the tumor until Adam works his charms?! I think Adam must be using voodoo or something.
