Hi, girls! I'm back!

I stayed caught up on the soap last week while at WDW. Thank goodness because when I got home I discovered our electricity had gone off at some point mid-week so I didn't have it all on tape. I would have been upset to miss those elevator scenes. That was a scream! Loved it! Best acting I've seen out of Laura in quite some time. I thought the whole premise was a riot! I want Greenlee to go back to Jake!

We had a great trip! We got home yesterday afternoon about 4pm. I threw together a page on my website of street and ride pictures last night. Here's a link for those interested: WDW Dec 2001. A little background: DH (46) and I (43) went with my dad (79), mom (72) and 5-yr-old second cousin Micah. This was Micah's 2nd WDW trip, my 10th, DH's 6th and my parent's 16th (or so, I think they've lost count!). They say it's their last but I've heard that one before! We stayed in a 2BR villa at the Boardwalk.

I taped today's show. I was fetching dogs from the kennel. Now I need to run to the grocery store for a few things and then start washing clothes. Looking forward to getting back into the swing of things on this thread. I missed y'all! Thanks to Beanie for posting the picture I sent her from Epcot. And let me add my thanks to Christine for starting this thread to begin with. I missed it while I was gone! Welcome to all the new "faces" too!

Good Morning all!! Just wanted to say howdy to everyone this morning...I am glad you all liked my little surprise...It was the least I could do for making my days so much more brighter...I am so looking forward to SSW next year to meet you all!!

Anyway, I hate Mateo now and what he is doing...did you all see the previews for today? Hayley storms in and "Takes back what is hers"....and poor Stuart...he is so wonderful and Mateo was treating him like crap! Yuck, I hate Mateo!


Loved the Elevator scenes yesterday too...I actually felt bad for Greenlee for a minute...but that minute was short lived...I wish she would be with Jake...and Laura, I just cannot stand her...she did have some good lines yesterday, but she is a witch! Can't wait to see her go!

I hate the way Mateo is right now too! Poor Stuart! I wanted to smack Mateo for talking to him like that!!!

I hope Greenlee goes w/ Jake. The elevator scenes were great! I cannot wait to see Laura go, though. I can't stand her!! I'd like to smack her too!!

What do you all think of the stuff David said to Ana? And the fact that he got mail after Roger sent that disk from Mateo to Proteus? I suspected him awhile ago, but now it seems they are making it too obvious, which probably means it is not him at all!!

And what about Chris Stamp? Man, he was such a jerk to Ryan!!

Yeah, Dizneenut - I was happy when Ryan punched Chris in the face at the end of the episode - what a jerk! I'll bet that he is definitely Ryan's father and was just trying to throw him off track by telling him that he "killed" him (he "killed" the person that he used to be and reformed himself and is now CHRIS STAMP, INEFFECTIVE FBI AGENT AT LARGE!). And what was Mia's purpose in those scenes?! I wanted to smack her every time she started hanging on Ryan!

I also felt badly for the way that Mateo was talking to Stuart yesterday, Dizneenut and Beanie - but insightful person that Stuart is, he saw right through it! I knew that he would! And what the heck is Mateo wearing? Is this his new style??? (I thought that his hair looked good, though!)

Even though the end of the elevator scene was sad (for everyone except Laura! They HAVE been giving her good lines, lately! To be honest, I will sort of miss her when she's gone!), Leo deserves to be out in the cold, and frankly so does Greenlee, after stringing both Jake and Leo along for so long. I think that she will eventually wind up with Jake - I hope so!

I still maintain that David is NOT Proteus - e-mail or no e-mail (right after Roger sent that file to Proteus)! I still say that it's going to come out that he has been working on some experimental heart medications and that that's what Roger is taking.

I haven't seen today's show yet, but I have to admit, I agree with Sherry that they are making David way to obvious to be Proteus now....I mean, for him to get an email at the same time as Roger sending that disk...there is something up with that...

I just want to know what is up with Mia's hair???

I loved the elevator scenes!!! And Laura, she is getting funny now. I love how she kept waltzing into Jake's "loft"!

Mateo's hair...finally a nice cut. But what's the deal with this pretend affair. They sure kiss alot, do they have sex too to keep up appearances??? I wouldn't put up with that if I were Hayley!!! Proteus or no Proteus.

Isn't the little girl who plays Colby the cutest thing???

WOW!! Beanie!! Great pictures! I want YOUR autograph! I can't believe how many of my old favorites you have pictures with! I used to really like Gloria, Tom, Noah, Maria and the rest. I wish they would bring some of them back. There aren't very many likeable people on right now. I wish they would get back to more of the "romance" storylines and get rid of the spy/intrigue stuff they do over and over again.

I agree with you, Jeafl - I wish that there were more "romance" and realistic storylines, too! Leave the spy stuff to "GH"!

Snoopy - yes, I guess Liza is a "good guy", now. The last time we saw her be devious (to anyone except Adam, whom she chooses to marry then torture over and over again!) is when she had an affair with Tad while he was married to Ditsie (the LAST time that they were married - not THIS time!) and plotted to take him away from her beforehand. She has mellowed out a lot, in the recent years. They used to show her as a hard-edged career woman - now she basically lives to take Colby away from Adam!

Maybe it's because I was just looking at Beanie's photos, but wasn't there something strangely "Gloria-like" about Mia, yesterday? All of a sudden, she was like a happy-go-lucky type, instead of her usual gloom-and-doom demeanor! I almost didn't recognize her when she chastised JR for almost smoking - looks like they're going to involve her in some more storylines, which is good, if they're planning to keep her around. I felt badly for Greenlee, though, when Jake started flirting with Mia! That was some scene at the tree lot - lots of drama going on - with Ditsie and Tad and David and Anna and JR and Mia and Jake and Greenlee! Lots of stuff happening there! I wonder if that "gift" that Jesse left is something that Stuart will "distribute" and it will make everyone happy on Christmas?? Why is David interested in Ditsie all of a sudden, again? When he was first with Anna and Ditsie was first with Tad, again, he barely looked at her! And are they going to have an older-woman-younger-man thing with Mia and JR??? Or will Mia be with Jake, now? Or even Tad???? Or will Liza and Tad get back together?? Maybe they're going to put Ryan with Anna??? I have to read the spoilers!
