Ok, a couple of questions. I have watched AMC for over 30 yrs now. Maybe I missed something(though Im a faithful watcher, thanks to TIVO). Did they ever have a funeral for Trevor? And how come when they found him, they didnt call Timmy in town? Isnt Trevor Timmy's fahter?

Also, in regards to Kendall, do you think she touches her belly WAY TOO MUCH. I mean I have 3 kids, and I loved my pregnancy belly, and would rub it from time to time. BUT never as much as Kendal, every scene she is rubbing it, holding it...

I've thought the same exact things! Wouldn't Timmy at least come to help out AManda? ANd he DID love Trevor, he raised him. And if Kendall touches her stomach one more time I will scream.

I agree..Trevor used to be Tad's best friend..back in the day. Not so much a mention of a service or memorial for him. Just stick him in the freezer..and what . Guess they quick froze him..and do whatever you do with that. Hey...you never know..with the Fetus Martin story line being sooo out there(even for a soap)...maybe the plan is for Trevor to be stolen by a sinister sibling of Dr. Madden's who will defrost him and bring him back to Pine Valley!

Well... we never really saw Trevor's body in the freezer. We only saw A body. If they have a funeral and show a body they that means he might not be able to come back from the dead.

Jeremy is Tim's father. They never showed anything about a funeral for Trevor. You would have thought they would have at least mentioned it.

Actually, wasn't Alex Hunter (Jeremy's father), Tim's biological father?? In the hospital, Brooke told Amanda that she was finalizing some plans for Trevor's memorial, but they never said anything else. I agree, Trevor deserves more than that!

Didn't Dixie tell JR yesterday that she didn't come back earlier because she "was ashamed"?

I think she's ashamed that she let Greg steal Kate from her and she thinks everyone will hate her for it. She thinks Greg knows where Kate is, so Greg must have convinced Dixie to place Kate for adoption when she was recovering from the car accident, by convincing her that she may not live, or may be be disabled and be unable to care for a baby. (not that I believe disabled peopled are unable to care for babies, just that the evil Greg Madden would convince her of that).

So, after Dixie recovered, she realized she made a huge mistake and that Greg was the manipulative, lying sack of $%@# that we know him to be. She's ashamed that she let him trick her and she thinks the rest of her family will be so upset about the loss of Kate, that it'd be better that they not know. Not a good reason to let your family think you're dead in real life, but par for the course on a soap, I guess.

I like this explanantion! It makes sense! (in a "soap" kind of way!)

Dr. Madden really creeped me out too, in his scenes with Erica! EGAD! could this guy get any creepier!?

Hi all, sorry I have not been around much lately. I have not watched alot of the show and I have been distracted with other things lately. I did catch Monday and Tuesdays show and agree that JR/Dixie scenes could have and should have been better.

So, who is watching the Emmy's tonight? I plan on watching the preshow on Soap Net - love seeing them all "glammed" up.

Donna Beck...ahhaa! Billy Clyde..that's so funny, I remember those days. Oh boy that takes me back. Yes..Phoebe's mansion...those were the days. Phil and Tara???...Oh well..now we have the walking talking "Fetus Martin" to add to the Martin clan..who would have thunk it back then?...Jeeze...I think I'm glad Kate isn't around to see that!...Let's set another plate at the Thanskgiving table for the science experiment gone bad...because we thought that Erica should have a son now. I'm sick. Hope they end this stupid story line and ditch the son..maybe he could go FAR away...where ever it is that Ruth is maybe?

Ruth is in the attic with "Bobby" the son that magically disappeared overnight.


Count me in as an old-timer as well. Benny always calling Phoebe "Dutchess", Palmer trying to break up Nina and Cliff, when Chuck found out Donna was a you know what....

ok, all you AMC fans out there... I am rarely home when this show is on, but when I am , I try to catch up on it.....so over the last month I have seen about half the shows.
if you guys could help me out :

1. what is the big secret with Dixie about why she has been away all those
years and why won't she tell everybody what it is ....

2. why does JR now want to kill / hurt Babe.. I thought that relationship was all sorted out and they loved each other.

3. what big secret does Erica have over Dr. Madden ??

Madden is a FREAK!

And so is the actor playing him. Ewwwwww... he grosses me out so much. His alien face, his skunk-like hair, his thin demon-like lips - his creepy voice. Yuck. Recast this freak!!!

I loved him on GH, and I thought he was good on Port Charles as a vampire wannabe...but just remember that if we all hate him, then he is doing his job well, because that is who he is supposed to be, creepy and someone everyone hates.

2-- Janet told him that Babe only married him so she could get the baby back.

3-- Dr Creepy performed Erica's 'termination' 30 years ago. But instead of terminating he took the embryo and implanted it into his wife. Now you have Josh.

Okay, well...in the writers defense, and as Dr. Phil would say "Lord knows they need one"...I mean what can you do when the actor/actress doesn't want to come back and they absolutely won't recast?? I would imagine that it would be hard to try and come up with something that would be both believeable, and all of us fans wouldn't want to throw things at them...

That said, don't bring them back until you can come up with something for crying out loud.

All right, I have not seen any of the shows this week yet, have them on PVR so I don't know anything about JR being mad at Babe again, but can try and help on the other questions.

1. They really have not given a whole lot of detail yet still about that. Dixie told Zach the whole story, but it was off camera. One of those deals where she starts to tell, switches to another storyline and then back to her and she's like "and that's everything that happened"...sort of deal. We do know though that somehow Madden manipulated her, probably while she was recovering from the accident to either steal the baby outright, or get her to sign over the rights to the baby, maybe telling her that in her condition she would never walk, or she was going to die soon, or something like that and he has most likely sold her baby to some adoptive parents, like he is trying to do with Kendall. Her story is she has been tracking him all over the world and didn't want to come home until she could get him to tell her where her baby Kate was.

3. The big secret is that apparently Erica did not have an abortion after all. They have decided to re-write history...again. Madden stole the fetus and implanted it into his then wife and Josh was the result. Josh is Erica's and Jeff's son, and Madden does not want Josh to know.

I hate, hate, hate, hate, hate, hate, hate....well, no...let me tell you how I really feel....


I HATE, HATE, HATE, HATE, HATE, HATE, HATE, HATE, HATE....there...much better....the Kendall/Ryan/baby adoption storyline....

They have taken her character and just totally messed it up!!! She would never do that, especially after her feelings of being abandoned by Erica. It just aint right people, it just aint right!!!!

Her character is a fighter, she's always been scrappy. To roll over and play dead to Madden and be lead around by the nose and told what to do????'


No way I say, no way. It's just wrong, wrong, wrong...beginning to end..I realize it will tie into the same thing that happened to Dixie, and then maybe the reveal of Kate (although I have this HORRIBLE feeling that they will kill off Madden before he can tell them where Kate is, thereby dragging the story line out forever until they decide on an actress to play Kate) I just wish they could try and deal with the storyline differently than re-playing it with Kendall.

Yeah, everything is okay, just worried about my brother. A friend of his was hurt and another guy that I am friends with his mom was hurt pretty bad - it is like a reality check for me. *sigh* 5 more months of this. UGh!!


I wish that Jacob Young (JR - AMC) and Scott Clifton (Dillion - GH) would preform too. I think they both are great singers - they could have a trio up there with Rick S. I am looking forward to seeing the 3 dresses that Rebecca Herst (Elizabeth - GH) made for herself, Kimberly McCullogh (Robin - GH) and Natalia Livingston (Emily-GH). I caught a sneak previews of them on Soap Net the other night. Rebecca is talented!!

I told the TV, right before AMC came on - "Erica, if you don't tell Josh your burning secret TODAY - I'm going to be a madwoman. This is dragging on waaaaayyy too long.

And then it occurred to me - May sweeps.

Look forward to Erica spilling the beans, Dixie spilling the beans, JR falling off the wagon again, Kendall going into preterm stress-induced labor, Lily running away to Boston with Jonathan.

It's all coming down - during May sweeps.
