I've been trying to make a reservation for December under a passholder discount but haven't had any luck lately. I've been calling since Saturday and ..................
1.tried to use a previous pin code that expired in March
2.asked the CM to speak to Guest Services to see if I could extend my previous pin.
3.asked if any other passholder discounts were available
4. was told that there were no other discounts being offered for Nov/Dec (even though I knew about the current 40% pin code being sent out) and that the annual passholder room rates were not out yet for that time of year.
I was getting very frustrated..........until this afternoon when I spoke to a lovely CM. I asked for availability for the Contemporary Bay Lake Tower and mentioned I was a passholder. She said that she would see if there was anything available for passholders. She said there was and I was able to get the 40% off discount!!!! I couldn't believe it!!!
I guess I had a little pixie dust thrown my way today!!!!
