All I could see was a tree with my "waterview" room

This happened to us at the Beach Club--what a disappointment! We didn't complain--this was our resort hopping trip from **ll I didn't dare move my family one more time!

We were above the quiet pool (2nd floor) and we really weren't high enough to see the Cresent Lake anyway...
