All hotels booked Mar 31-Apr 2?!?

OMG. I tried to book a hotel around Disneyland for the weekend of March 31-Apr 2, and everything, litterally WAS BOOKED. Does anyone know if there is a convention or other event going on this weekend, possibly cheer competition or something like that? Expedia and Orbitz gave me nada. We may have to book a room farther away, which isn't all bad, but not exactly what we usually do.

They are filling up fast. GC is completely booked in mid may also. I tried upgrading to concierge level and it was sold out...they said the entire hotel was sold out. You might get lucky and find a few room available here and there...try getawaytoday.com they had a room for us in mid-may when nobody else did.
