I have three (3) Boardwalk Preferred Studios for Arrival October 9th and Departure October 16th. These are confirmed and according to MS the 9th is very tight (only 5 units left). They are 106 points each.

I can also cancel these reservations and make new reservations for Boardwalk from September 1, 2005 untill August 31, 2006. (11 month home resort advantage is currently Feb. 2006)

I can also bank these points for reservations from September 1, 2006 until August 31, 2007 (allowing for the 11 month home resort advantage).

Of course we can also book any other DVC resort at 7 months prior to your stay.

These points are $10.00 firm.
