All Disney today on Travel Channel

Hi all!!

I'm not sure exactly where to post this...so I apologize if this is in the wrong place...but I just wanted to let everbody know that the Travel Channel has back to back Disney on today starting at 3pm EST.

....Leaving for WDW in 3 days!!!!

3pm- Disney's Imagineers,...4pm-Walt Disney Theme Parks,...5pm- Fan's Guide-WDW,...6pm- Animal Kingdom,..7pm- WDW Theme Parks again,...8pm- WDW Holidays!!!

There are a couple of different shows on both the Travel Channel and the Food Network. In the show descriptions one listed the different parks and a couple of the deluxe resorts, another was inside WDW and I think there was one more but I can't remember the description. Then there is the Food Network with Inside the Bash and Holidays at WDW that has been on a couple of times in the past weeks. I noticed last night when I was setting up the DVR that these shows repeat themselves over the next week, so if you miss them today, I think you will have other chances to get them recorded.

I can't wait to get home tonight and see them!

I have had a memo for over a week on my computer reminding me of these shows. MIL is flying in to town today (assuming our snow doesn't stop her) and I've been cleaning my butt off in order to be finished by the time these shows are on and about 15 minutes ago my satellite went off because it has too much snow on it and I can't clean it off!!!! Auuuuggghhh...

I know it's silly, but I'm really ticked....I had the perfect day to stay inside my nice clean house with the snow outside watching WDW and now I can't...

Hey, I can relate (except the "too much snow" scenerio). I almost had a coronary this morning when my satellite and tv were not "speaking to each other". Thank goodness the nice lady at Direct TV got them on speaking terms and so far, all is well. Hopefully your satellite will pop back on. Here's some pixie dust with good thoughts!

Hi Sharon....Yes, I'm packing too!!! Leaving Sunday early am....I'm even MORE excited than before (<~as if that is possible) watching these shows!!! I'm going with DS10 who I'm turning into a disney addict like myself, and my DBF<~who hasn't been before!! He's probably ready to leave me since I've been obsessing over this for 7 months when I booked it !! LOL I know he'll understand once he experiences it for himself!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have only been back from WDW for three months and it seem like forever. Still bummed that we did not have a video camera to take with us. At least these shows help. Thanks!

Just caught the Samantha Brown one that was on. It was sooo good. Much much better than the Food Channel one that's running this month, even though that is newer.

This couldn't have been more of a perfect day for this. It's been snowing and cold. I relaxed on the couch with my Mickey blanket and watched them all.

The only problem is now I'm depressed. I want to go back now. I'm definitely booking our next trip for Christmastime.

OK...I started this thread around 2 today - it's now 10pm ...and YES, I did watch them all!!! I have issues!!!! I'm torturing myself....seems like Sunday morning wil never get here!!!!!!!!!! I also agree profdsny that the Samantha Brown one that was just on was grrreat!!! I'm soooooo excited now!!!!
