All Day Dining with DC / SW ticket?

My family is going to DC / SW / Aquatica in July. We have the 14 days tickets that come with DC. Can I still purchase the dining plan at SW? How?

Yes, you can purchase the all-day dining for SW right at the park. I believe you can buy a wristband at any of the participating locations.
