All day dining during Christmas celebration?

Going next November and trying to understand if the all day dining still continues even during the Christmas celebration. Or, does it just cease when the normal park hours are over and the celebration begins.

Not sure about the coming year but we used all day dining last November on Black Friday which was the first day of the Christmas celebration.
