We are booked into HOJOs for 5 nights from 12th July, I've booked so we're there midweek, hopefully the crowds will be lower midweek? :confused3 Or maybe not, lol, as it is July! :rotfl2: Flights are also booked, we are coming from the UK, and visiting San Diego for the first time as well.

It's just DD (20) and myself, so a nice Girly Trip, it will be our second visit to Disneyland, but last trip it was only for 2 nights and a bit of a whirlwind, I can't remember half of it, so this time we are staying for longer and hopefully will get to do and see it all! :yay:

Anyone else going in July? So excited about seeing Disneyland again, it's just a bit special! :goodvibes

We will be there in July, but later (around the 26th). Did you get a good price with Hojo? I'm wondering what the going rate is for that time.

How exciting! Crowds should be lower midweek, and 5 days gives you plenty of time to see almost everything. Also, you'll be there when the new World of Color nighttime spectacular is showing, so that will be lots of fun! The show is supposed to be amazing!

Yay for the 2 of you ~ I'll be there with my DD for her 7th B~day, which happens to be the 3rd of July! We'll be there the 3rd-6th ~ I'm hoping for a somewhat quiet 4th of July weekend ~ this year was pretty good so hopefully it'll be the same this next year.

How was the weather during the 4th of July this past year? Were the crowds manageable?

Thanks!:goodvibes

Me and my DS will be there the 3rd to the 6th for the frist time since he was 7yo(he Is now 16yo) and we are so excited love to also know whats the weather like??:cool1:

Yes we got a great price, I used the mousesavers code, our rate is $109 per night plus tax, that's for a room in building 2 over looking the pool. :woohoo:

Oh that's great to hear that it will be quiter midweek. :thumbsup2 Can't wait to see the World of Color, when does it open?

For all of you going in July, hope you have a wonderful time. :yay:

I would keep checking the hojo for the entertainment rate you may get lucky and get some days out of it for a better price.

WoC, as it stands right now, will premiere in late April. But that is subject to change. But it will definitely be running by July.

Oh thanks for that, looks like we are in for a treat! :woohoo:

Don't get your hopes up too high for small crowds that week. I'm going to be there too then, because baseball's All-Star Game will be in town. Festivities begin on Saturday 7/10 and run through Tuesday. I expect a large out-of-town presence in Anaheim through mid-Wednesday.

I just made reservations today for July 18-20 at HoJo. :goodvibes:
SO excited...I know it will be hot, but it's always easier to take California heat than Jersey heat. :)

Thanks for that, I remember reading something about that a few weeks ago, here on the DIS. We will be arriving into Anaheim on the Amtrak from San Diego, on the Monday afternoon, I wonder if we would be better getting off at Fullerton Station, just worried the roads may be jammed around Anaheim station, as it's near the stadium. :confused3

We're leaving on the 18th, so will leave HOJOs nice and tidy for you! ;) :rotfl2:
