Well, this is one hot and dry weekend. I woke up on Saturday at 10:00 and it was already too hot and sunny to go running. Just as well since I had a million errands to run anyway. So no exercise today, but I'm going to say I got 45 minutes of walking in. Not only at the mall and Target, but last night we went to a basketball game and had a very long run to and from our car.
Saturdays Report -
Food
B- Part of an omelette with cheese, green peppers, mushrooms and sausage WW bagel and an orange/coffee and milk
L - Plain Yogurt/granola
D - Were out with friends so we grabbed stuff at Whole Foods. I know I could have found something healthier, but I had a some stuff from the hot food buffet. Veggies, some pasta, fried chicken, teriyaki chicken
S - small glass of milk
Not terrible, but probably should have just had sushi and fruit at Whole Foods.
Exercise - None official, but 45 minutes of walking
Water - Quite a bit, but should have had more with the weather being the way it is. I can't take it anymore, I just slather myself in moisturizer but it's not doing anything. At least I can take solace in the fact that my hair looks really nice in this weather!
Today is more of the same weather. Although, I think it's even worse. I don't dare go running I think I might pass out. I'm going to do a lot of cleaning today so hopefully that will burn some calories!
