Alice in Wonderland DISigns - help needed

Hi wonderful DISigners - my friend is taking her daughter to WDW February 20th to celebrate her UN-Birthday and we were looking at great disigns from Shadowryter (see below). Unfortunately, Shadowryter is not disigning now, can anyone help make something similar to the mickey ears with the following characters, all should have Celebrating Amanda's UnBirthday 2013 across the ears and then add the names on the bottom of the character pictures?

Rabbit with a watch - Poppa G
Queen of Hearts - Nonni (if possible with a heart dotting the i)
Mad Hatter - Daddy
Cheshire Cat - Mommy

Can we have all of these say "Celebrating Amanda's UnBirthday 2013"? And personalize with the names above per character in the ear area?
For the birthday girl:
UnBirthday11.jpg - Instead of celebrating my unbirthday on top of this design can we have it say "Amanda Renee" and keep the bottom that says Happy unbirthday to me.
