So I called disneystore.com and was told they believe my bracelet & others were stolen! The cast member I spoke to was so nice & apologetic. She refunded the cost & said if it arrives I can keep it for free. I'm glad they were so nice about it but I want my bracelet!!
As of now there are no updates from UPS! I hope that changes.
Oh my goodness! That might explain the weird response I got from disneystore.com on Monday. I felt like they weren't telling me the whole story. It was just very un-Disney like and very unmagical. I got a credit on my account today for the bracelet, but I did get my bracelet today.
