Wish I had come here before spending almost an hour trying to climb the ranks at Diney Store customer service just now. Was told the exact same thing,husband was on the phone with UPS who is not happy that Disney is trying to imply that an investigation is needed as they can tell the package never left the warehouse. IMO the bracelet was oversold .She kept insisting on refunding me,I kept refusing asking why would they refund me before their "investigation" was complete?I was told several different things before today including that they were closed for 4 days due to weather and "just behind". I am finding this far from magical,if they made a mistake and oversold they should inform people and give them the option of being on a wait list of sorts until they "find" more. If a batch is lost or misplaced in the warehouse,let people know and decide themselves if they want to wait it out. I spent a long time like everyone else trying to buy the bracelet and do not appreciate the way this is being handled.
