I wonder if there were enough complaints that they made sure they ordered a larger inventory, or if people had so much trouble trying to get on with the website they maybe gave up?

I'm glad I got them for my wife......and to the poster wondering when to give it.....I'm hoping they arrive next weekend (probably will as I got a shipped notification as well) and I'll add it in as a mothers day gift.

They are still available today, so I think they just ordered a larger quantity. I used a link provided by DVCNews to order mine and so was not at all impacted by WDW website issues. The Disneystore website worked just fine.

I'm glad they weren't so hard to get this time. I missed out the last few times because I couldn't order from my work computer.

According to the tracking number they sent me, mine will arrive on 5/5 - plenty of time for Mother's Day (but mine is for myself)! I'm sure your wife will be surprised and pleased with your thoughtfulness. Good job!

I just received mine via UPS. The bracelet is as expected. However, I am disappointed that it comes in a baggie and not in an Alex & Ani little black box. Also, the description card is just a general one. It says "Embrace the power of positivity". Unlike these, the regular bracelets that I have bought/received, the card always has the name (Path of Life, Tree of Life, etc) and description/meaning.

I bought one for gift giving and now I have to use one of my boxes.

I have never ordered Alex & Ani from Disney. Just from Alex & Ani directly and from jewelry stores. They all came in a box with bangle specific card & care instructions. (Photo attached) I was just not expecting them to arrive without a box.
