Ale & Compass availability at dinner lately?

We're going April 23-28 and we're wanting to eat at Ale & Compass restaurant, not lounge, for dinner. I can't decide where to put our dinner reservation. What's the availability typically like for dinner lately? Is it something we can do day of or should I get a reservation? We're staying at Yacht btw.

I would get a reservation if you can. With fewer restaurants open and limited seating, day of can be tricky.

With limited capacity, normal dining hours are few and far between. Book it now, and if you change your mind you can always cancel.

Make a reservation as soon as you can. When we were there in Feb. there were times I would have liked an ADR and none were available. There is a walk-up list you can try, but no guarantees it will be available. The host at the entrance told me that people have been lingering over dinner longer than usual with shorter park hours and no fireworks, so the table haven't been turning over at the usual rate.

Agree with others....book ADR when you can. We were there last month and booked both breakfast and dinner. The time I wanted for Dinner was not available and the dining room was busy.

Yes, a lot of people waiting for dinner reservation check-in. Some folks eat there and the place is not very big.

Ale and Compass is available to go. We ordered from the app and ate outside by the pool area. I was not aware of this pre-trip. (Yes, the restaurant not the marketplace quick service).

Full menu, including adult beverages. They also provided table wear and a corkscrew for our wine.

we may do this for our first night dinner staying at BWV.
