Ale & Compass - Any RECENT gluten-free breakfast experiences?

I currently have a breakfast ADR at Ale & Compass for my final day (my thinking being Lyft over, eat, and walk to Studios for Rope Drop to avoid the Skyliner mess from Pop) but am curious if anyone has a recent experience with having breakfast there gluten-free. The only things I find when googling it are all pre-pandemic and those seem even more limited than usual.

(I figure my other option would be to do a breakfast bar and coffee in my room, store my luggage, and then walk over to AoA for the bus - but that is a lot of backtracking I would rather avoid if possible.)

I have eaten breakfast there 5 times since July 2020. I have Celiac and it has been a fantastic experience each time. If you like waffles, the allergy-friendly Mickey waffles are the BEST on WDW property, in my opinion.

Not Ale & Compass, but across the lake at Trattoria al Forno I've had breakfast there a couple of times post-covid. It may sound odd, but they had really good GF toast. I was so excited to have a nice slice of GF toast with peanut butter.

I'm hoping on one of our next trips to try Ale & Compass for breakfast, as their breakfast menu looks great!

Thanks! It's going to be lunch on my Studios day as I extended my stay by a night (and switched to CSR for LESS than Pop!!), so I figure it'll be a nice break midday - and if I'm done with Studios by then, I can always "bump and run" on the reservation.
