Alcoholic Beverages on DDP

There are five in my party. DH, me and 3 adult children. It's my treat and we have the free DDP.
When we go to the restaurants, I don't want to pay for their beer or wine. How is that handled since they are connected to my reservation? Can they ask for a separate bar bill?

You can have the check split any which way you want. I'm pretty sure you'll get one check for the items covered by the dining plan and one for everything else, so you'll just need to let your server know if you need that split multiple ways.

You will get a bill at the end of the meal showing the cash amount due. Just make them pay it in cash.

You can either have them pay you back, or the server can bill them for their items above and beyond the DDP separately (which to me would be easier)

There is only one way to have alcohol included in DDP - and that's to book a dinner show. Any other booking and you will get a separate bill for anything you order off-plan (like alcohol or appetizers). Just give them that bill to pay. You are not required to be the one to pay it.
