Do you send it on with your luggage? Or do you put as much as you can in a rolling cooler and have to carry it on?

You're not allowed to bring coolers onboard other than a soft-sided cooler that you can pack in your suitcase. Also, DCL firmly suggests that you only bring what you carry on and that you not pack any in your checked luggage. I suggest using a wheelaboard suitcase such as you would see business travelers putting in the overhead compartments on airplanes.
