Alcohol ???????????

I usually buy beer and Tomatoe juice on my way to the hotel. Does anyone else buy Alcohol for their room. What do you buy? I would like to try something different this year. Maybe rum . Any interesting cocktail recipes?

I have never had any alcohol in my room at Disney. I stick to resturants and bars for my drinks. Althoug when I was in Australia I did buy a 6 pack (my son was 18 so I let him get the thrill and buy it) so of course I bought it so I drank it. LOL

I love a red beer ( tomato juice and beer). I do like mimosa's. I have never bought any while @ Disney.

If we go off season we usually have beer or wine for the room. I can't drink alcohol when it's hot...it makes me feel icky.

Is beer and Tomatoe juice a Canadian thing, just like vinegar on chips(french fries). I like to come back to the room and make myself a b+t and eat doritos and watch TV and relax after a long hard hot day at the parks. I only do it once or twice each time I go and then I leave the rest in the room when we leave. I don't drink before I go to the parks.

The best thing I ever did on a WDW trip was to ship down a 12 pack of corona.....it was heavenly to sit on the balcony after a long day and share a corona with DH while the kids napped......

DH takes Keystone (its the same as Coors Light but cheaper) and I take a bottle of Captain Morgan's and a 24 pack of Coke.
And if you do decide to buy alcohol at your resort the gift shops are cheaper than the foodcourts for some reason.

ddawg I am originally from Colorado and we drink red beers there. Ya go to a bar and ask for a red one and get beer and tom juice.

We bought some red wine on our last WDW trip, mainly because my DH's Heart Specialist suggested to drink a glass every day. I shared a glass with him a couple of evenings while sitting on the balcony.
