i'm just curious how anyone would know whether you're drinking in your room? of course you can drink in your room....why wouldn't you be able to?...

the US isn't a totalitarian state where the police come into your hotel room...

they enforce the drinking age by not permitting it to be sold to underage people...not by going from room to room checking...

I was asking the question because sometimes if a group of people are drinking it can become quite noisy and disturb people in the other rooms.I'm sorry if you thought I meant anything else Beth.

Yep, as far as I can remember, the only "dry" area around Disney is MK. So, Drink Up!

They have mini bars in deluxe hotels? Come to think of it I don't remember they did in Grand Floridian but did in Hard Rock Hotel. We asked for a fridge and put our alcohol in. I had a terrible time trying to find a bottle of vodka though. No bottles at Grand Floridan and was told sold out at Boardwalk and Beach Club. (when we went there was no liquor store at crossroads but DH got beer at Goodings) Can anyone remember if they have mini bars in any of Disney's hotels?

I am buying the bottles on the plane this year!

Nope no mini bars at WDW just fridges.

DH reminded me that they did have a mini bar in Grand Floridian as he had a couple of the small bottles of vodka on our first night. It was really expensive but could not wait!

to the OP.You can drink in room,by the pool on the pool deck,not in MK.Good tip get a strirafoam cooler from most shops from $3 - $10 put in bath think the ones at pop have a small shelf so sit it on there fill with beer and ice,then put a small hole with a pen neer the bottom this lets the water out so no nead to keep emptying it also good for keeping meat,butter and cheese from going off.Or get the fridge at $12 -$15 a night
