Alaunai - How is Summer Availability

Hi.
My husband and I were trying to figure out about a big trip to Hawaii in Summer 2014 since we already a crusie, HHI and Disney next year.
I know it's hard to guess and that the phases are still being built, but as of now, how hard is it to get a 3 bedroom in the summer (July) at the 7 month mark? How about 2 bedrooms?

Is it impossible unless you own there?

We are thinking about the same thing. We would love a two bedroom for a week in July 2014. Wondering how hard that would be to get at the seven month mark also?!

We just spent a week in a 2 BR this past July. Aulani is not my home resort, so I called on the morning my window opened up and got our 2BR. I was only able to book an island view, so waitlisted for a pool view which never came through (I went off the waitlist at 30 days).

I believe the last phase of rooms is scheduled to open shortly, which should make more rooms available.
