George Inlet Lodge in Ketchikan is great, but I am not sure if you can just go there to eat; I think you have to be on an excursion that goes there.

Alaskan King Crabbing season is during the winter, so all the crab will be frozen then reheated. We LOVED Tracy's Crab Shack in Juneau. It's right by the dock.
