Hope everyone is having a good summer. Hard to believe that in a year from this Friday we will be heading to Seattle to start our two week vacation!

I was thinking about starting a FE list of people. I have the itch to want to start planning so I need a general number (which I know will change).

You sure could, hope that everyone is happy to participate, I would hate for your wife to be stuck doing FE's for 6 rooms of people

Hopefully a bunch more people will participate. IF the group gets to be too big (and people want to) than we could split it in half and only do half the rooms.

On our last cruise we actually set days for people to hand their items out, which was fun so then you knew everyday you would have something. Another thing I would like to encourage is that when you give something, please label who it is from, I like to send notes when we get home to thank people and it is tough if you aren't sure who gave what...you know?

She's happy to MAKE the FEs, but everyone else will have to fill them on their own.

After hearing about the fun we had with them on our last cruise, they all want to join in.

It is SO much fun, the kids loved it, we got lots of awesome stuff. I am hoping that we can ship our box of stuff to the ship ahead of time!!

That's one of the reasons we're considering driving. Last cruise we went way overboard and had 2 18"x18"x18" boxes that we brought. Luckily LA was only a 4.5 hour drive.

That is a nice option, if I was that close I would DEFINITELY drive!!

Long time no talk First and foremost I hope everyone had a super Fourth. We had our annual bbq and fireworks viewing and a good time was had by all.

While everyone was sitting admiring the fireworks all I could think was that five years ago we were on the deck of the Magic enjoying the salt air and looking forward to our fireworks display at sea on July 5th!

Which brings me to much important matters... we are barely one year away from our departure date for Alaska and I am feeling so far behind regarding FE's it is not to be believed! I know that as of today I have only 369 days before we set sail, goodness how time files!

Actually, I have been making my FE gifts for a few months now and I am planning on having something for everyone who is participating and I must say having a project that is cruise related does give me a chance to extend the anticipation without driving myself totally crazy! Personally, I hope we have heaps of people playing along as I really enjoy assembling my gift and will be pretty dissappointed when I will have made them all.

I will send a PM to our Fearless FE Coordinator to let her know what my cronie count will be.
