Alaska Apple Store. . .

Sorry to say that Pete is out of luck for finding an Apple store in AK...
Alaska doesn't have an official Apple store. . . just vendors that sell Apple products.

Yet . . .

Our first Apple store opens Saturday in Anchorage at the 5th Ave. Mall.

Hummm.. I might have to take a road trip down to check it out. (That 350+ miles and 6 hours of driving )

Though I hope the store opening on the 13th is not an ominous sign.

Yeah, we'll probably be going there! Not on opening day, that'll be insane I'm sure! It's cool, but I've never found anything at a Apple store that I couldn't find at our Mac Haus here in Wasilla, and since Apple prices their product the same across the board, it's not even like you'll get a better deal straight from Apple.

Our house is full of Apple stuff (shuffle,nano, itouch,ipad, Macbook pro, AND a desktop Mac!) We've not only drunk the koolaid...we're swimming in it!

Dang it. I wished it had opened before I moved out of Anchorage last fall.

When I needed Apple products worked on, I had to take them to the Alaska MacStore by the Dimond Mall.
