It's very difficult to get navigators as they don't hand out paper ones anymore. You'd have to have someone take screen shots of their phone app.

Ad BruinEd03 stated, they are no longer passing out paper navigators, we were on the first Alaskan sailing of the season and asked. They want you to use the phone app. You can ask your room host if they can get you a copy of the crew navigator, but that isn't always something that they can do. We were able to get one for 4 of the days, but I'm not sure if they got packed and if they did, where they got put when we unpacked.

I can report right now that on the Alaska Cruise this week:

they still don’t say which characters are going to be out - just that there will be character meets (Crewmembers are always happy to tell you who is coming next); there’s a good mix of trivia; there’s some music; there are movies and shows. I’d say I feel like it’s like 85% back to normal, if you’re looking for something special I am happy to check today while we’re in Port.

They still aren’t reporting much about kids club/edge/vibe activities, they list a few things per day but not a lot.

If by "normal" you mean paper navigators, I don't think they are coming back. They were going away even pre-covid.
