Does anyone have any tips for navigating it? Everytime I put in the codes I get an error message. Something about RCI input and output ... I use Safari and tried using Firefox . With Firefox, it still isn't working.

Anyone else have this issue or a fix?

It is very difficult to navigate. I just received an email from Alamo Insiders. Proceeded through their site to book and received this message: Error transforming the RSI output to a Dao output object. Coupons do not work; now this.

Yep that is exactly what I am getting and of course its right when you put coupons in...Hmmm conspiracy?:cool1:

On going issues have been reported with Alamo, MCO and coupons not working. Seems it has been reported to Alamo with no results :(

When I reported them, the Alamo agent swore they knew nothing about the site problems and said I was the first one to say anything and as far as they knew the site was working fine. A month later I called them again and again got an agent who swore they had not received any complaints and I was the first to say I was having problems.:sad2::rotfl: (I've been having problems since last summer getting the site to accept any coupons.:headache:)

I even tried emailing them thru the website and error messages keep coming up.:confused3

The design of the old Alamo website was much easier to use.

They shouldn't have fixed what wasn't broken. IMHO

I have stopped using Alamo because of the new design.

I'm using Hotwire, Kayak and Priceline.

I gave up on Alamo, website is atrocious. I think they use Disney IT people to design and run it. :badpc:
