Assume your $25 off is a coupon:

if it's a coupon #, 1 per customer

if it's a code, yes you may add it to existing res. (they say you can't mix & match but, I've never had a problem adding a code...other than it tends to raise the price of a ressie...try pricing a new one same as original res. before adjusting to see current pricing).
