I have been trying to check prices on Alamo's website since last night. After putting in my info, it just sits. Is this just me or is it doing that for others too?
To see if there was an issue for all of us [because this website has been hinky for a while], I just tried to get a quote and received "Internal Pricing Error." It didn't sit there, but it gave me that error code immediately. I truly am a loyal customer to Alamo, but they have got to get this website issue under control. It's more than testing everyone's patience.
There are many threads on this board about the Alamo site. It is a nightmare. We have been loyal Alamo customers for many years, but have given up on them. When I tried to call they act as if they are hearing this for the first time and when I emailed, there is no response. Just very poor customer service.
