Alamo Website Making Me Crazy/Question

I am not able to navigate the website like I always have in the past. When I put in codes it is not accepting them, or it tells me coupon 1 doesn't go with coupon 2. It might be that it is not erasing prior attempts at discounts? I am not sure and have been trying to figure it out to no avail. Anyway, something is not functioning correctly. Can anyone shed some light on what is happening and hopefully provide a way around it?:)
 
I have not advice, but I really despise the new Alamo website. I would suggest just using one coupon at a time. I didn't think you could use more than one coupon on a rental?
 
Add me as another person who hates their new website. It is so difficult to naviagate, especially when your trying to make the reservation for someone else and you can't add their insider number. It won't take certain contract codes or coupons either. Very frustrating! I have gotten so angry that I have actually rented from another vendor. Curious how many other travelers have done the same thing!:car:
 
I have a reservation from National this time becaue of the website! I hope they don't make similar changes.

For some reason as well I can't even use my ipad to login to either. Does anyone else have the same problem? It does not accept my password- the same one I can use successfully on my iMac or PC.
 

I had to call and talk to an agent. I complained and told her there was no way I could get the information I needed from their website. She said they were having problems and hoped to get them resolved.

I hope so because I've stopped checking. When I enter information and then try to adjust the car size or time of rental I get a message that the coupon can only be used once. So, no adjustments can be made. When I re-enter the site to try again all of the previous information is stored.
 
The main issue I have is when I try to change the info I originally put in.
If I choose to edit my info, it will not accept the cpn the second time.
I have to remove the cpn code, wait for the page to refresh, then add the code back on.
Then it will accept it.
Definitely a pain to use the new site.
