Alamo tickets

The Alamo website gives the WDW number to order the special tickets. However when I called I got a CM that had NO idea what I was talking about. After convincing him that I did not want to rent a car- I wanted the Alamo discounted park tickets, he told me there is no such thing! I even purchased them last summer so I know they exist. I gave up. I am so furious that I plan to cancel the Alamo car I rented just for this deal and will start looking at other rental car companies. Alamo shouldnt advertise such a thing if it is so impossible to get.

The tickets do exist b/c I purchased some only a few weeks ago.


I would call again (407) 824-2222 (Disney Main number) and ask to be connected to the special promotions ticket office. It may just have been a bad luck of the draw regarding the CM you spoke to.

Persistence will pay off.
